In addition to Apollon Solna FK, 7 other teams played in P04 Svår/Extra svår. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Apollon Solna FK could be found in Group 1 together with FC Djursholm 1, Bele Barkarby FF 11 and IFK Lidingö FK 2.
Apollon Solna FK continued to Slutspel/Vidare spel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Täby United FC with 2-4. In the Final, Täby United FC won over FC Djursholm 1 and became the winner of Slutspel/Vidare spel in P04 Svår/Extra svår. Apollon Solna FK also participated in P04 Lätt/Medel during Golden Cup 2016.
